The force should be even and the reaction kettle lid is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect.
3. At the connection between the front and back nuts, only the front and back nuts are allowed to be rotated, and the two arc sealing surfaces are not allowed to rotate relative to each other. When all nut thread connections are assembled, they should be coated with lubricating oil. The needle valve is a line seal and only needs light Gently turn the valve needle and press the seal tightly to achieve a good sealing effect. Turn the rotary body on the high-pressure magnetic reaction kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.
4. The materials added to the reactor equipment should not exceed the nominal capacity, and it is not allowed to add a small amount of materials or heat empty tanks. When materials are added to the equipment, strict precautions should be taken to prevent lumps of metal or debris from being entrained, and large pieces of hard materials should be crushed before being added. Minimize the temperature difference between the material and the tank wall and avoid heating the cold tank or adding cold material to the hot tank.
